Creamy Lemon Garlic Salmon
Salmon is my favorite type of fish to cook with. It is so versatile and can be dressed up with a variety of different spices. I put a new spin on my usual Salmon recipe by pairing it with a lemon garlic cream sauce. Yummy! This recipe was super easy taking only about 20 minutes. The perfect meal for a busy weeknight, or a lazy weekend evening when you would rather spend more time with the family than in the kitchen.

INGREDIENTS
- Salmon filets (skin-on)
- Olive Oil
- Butter
- Half & half
- Flour
- Parmesan cheese
- Lemon juice
- Lemon zest
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat skillet and pour olive oil
- Season salmon with garlic, onion powder and pepper
- Cook on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side until done.
- To prepare sauce, begin mixing flour, half & half, lemon juice/zest, garlic and pepper
- Once the salmon filets are done cooking, remove them from the skillet
- Add butter to the skillet prior to pouring in the sauce
- Add the salmon filets back into the skillet cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve

The lemon garlic sauce brings some extra flavors to the soft flaky fish. Another recipe that received a thumbs up from the family. Hope you all enjoy!
